Privacy Policy

We store only what is needed to run exports, support licenses, handle payments, and protect the service. Last updated July 9, 2026.

ExportFolio processes public Behance URLs that users submit. We use those URLs to scan public project/profile information and generate temporary export files.

What we store. We may store job metadata, generated artifact metadata, payer email, PayPal order/capture identifiers, license records, ownership attestation records, visitor/IP hashes for abuse prevention, and support messages you send us. We do not intentionally store raw payment card details; PayPal handles payment processing.

Temporary artifacts. Generated files are stored in private temporary storage and are intended to expire after about 24 hours. This short retention is part of the privacy design.

Licenses. Founder License keys are shown to the customer and verified by the backend. We store a hash of the license token, not the raw key, and use license records to restore paid access and support refunds or disputes.

Service providers. ExportFolio uses Cloudflare, Supabase, E2B, PayPal, and email providers to operate the service. These providers process data needed for hosting, storage, exports, payments, and support.

Your choices. You can contact support@exportfolio.pro for help with a payment, license restore, refund, or removal of temporary generated files where technically possible.

Independent tool. ExportFolio is not affiliated with Behance or Adobe. Use it only for public work you own or have permission to export.
