Refund Policy

Founder License purchases are eligible for a 7-day money-back refund from the purchase date. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact support@exportfolio.pro with your PayPal order ID and the email used at checkout.

We also refund duplicate purchases and paid purchases where ExportFolio cannot produce a supported paid export from an eligible public Behance URL after reasonable troubleshooting.

Generated files are temporary. Download links generally expire after about 24 hours. Expired artifacts are not, by themselves, a refund reason because a valid Founder License lets you re-export eligible public work.

We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive use inconsistent with fair-use limits, or attempts to export work the customer does not own or have permission to export.

Refunds are processed through the original payment provider when possible. PayPal processing times may vary.

For fastest help, include: your PayPal order ID, license key if available, the public source URL, and a short description of the issue.
