Refund Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026. ExportFolio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Behance or Adobe. ExportFolio is currently in private testing; paid checkout and Founder License access are coming soon. Use ExportFolio only for public work you own or have permission to export. When paid checkout opens, refunds will be available for duplicate payments or when an ExportFolio-side failure prevents delivery of a paid export for a supported public Behance URL and support cannot resolve it. Generated artifacts are temporary and expire after 24 hours. Successful exports, expired download links after the stated availability window, unsupported/private/removed Behance URLs, or issues caused by lack of ownership or permission are not normally refundable. A valid license may allow a fair-use re-export, but generated files are still temporary. For refund help, contact support@exportfolio.pro with your payment email, order/license information, and the Behance URL you tried to export.
